Craigielaw confirmed they are worthy winners of the 2017 League with another win, this time over Haddington by 141 points to 113. Gullane U14s capped a fine season by maintaining 2nd place. The Match Results and the League Table have been updated. The scores were:- The Glen beat Kilspindie 125 to 119, Gullane U18s beat Dunbar 128 to 109, West Links beat Longniddry 149 to 129, and Gullane U14s scored 122 but had a walkover win against Musselburgh. The best net scores were Cera Gemmell with 42 points and Niall Holman with 40 points. The best scratch points were by Cammie Gallagher with 31 and William Ladbrooke and Valdemar Hundeboll with 30. The CSSs were 1 more than the SSSs so they went to 71 for Boys and to 74 for Girls. This equates to 35 Stableford points for all Players. East Lothian Junior Golf League News
Congratulations to both Jack McDonald of Haddington GC and to Sam Hall of The Glen GC who tied for the prestigious Lothians Junior Champion of Champions, with scores of 70, over Uphall G.C. Liam Currid, a Gullane Member, has won the Lothians Boys U16s title at The Braids. Sam Hall, a Glen Member, lost narrowly in the U14s final. Aaron Hall of Kilspindie, led the qualifiers with a superb 67. Results here. Well done Boys! Not to be outdone, Jack McDonald of Haddington GC, has finished top of the Lothians Boys Order of Merit.
